Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with Genesis Home Care supporting post-acute patients in the Crooksville and Roseville territory. The role is part of an interdisciplinary home health team, offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:15 AM–5:00 PM), and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus uncapped bonus opportunities and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) eligibility.
