About this role
ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Cleveland, WI is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital opening September 2025. The LPN will work under RN supervision to support individualized care plans and contribute to a multidisciplinary care team caring for patients with stroke, spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic and complex medical conditions.
