Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Liberty Resources' Integrated Health Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse to support its growth by functioning as a member of the Behavioral Health Prescriber Services Nursing Team. This role involves providing a full range of nursing and medical support services to clients enrolled in Article 31 and Article 32 clinics, assisting prescribers in care provision, and managing medication administrations when necessary. The position requires coordinating patient triage, facilitating prescripting processes, and maintaining detailed documentation using electronic health records while responding to clinical emergencies.
