About this role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides planned, patient-centered nursing care for residents in a long-term care/senior living setting, reporting to the Director of Care or Director of Health & Wellness. The role supports resident move-ins, transfers and care coordination while working within Revera/Extendicare standards and provincial regulations. It contributes to quality and safety programs and works as part of an inter-professional team to support resident well-being.
