About this role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides planned, patient-oriented nursing care in accordance with provincial standards, primarily in a seniors/long-term care setting. Reporting to the Director of Care or Director of Health & Wellness, the role supports resident care transitions and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to maintain quality and safety.
