Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to patients and families across the health illness continuum in diverse settings, collaborating with the health care team and delegating tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel as required by Ohio regulations. The role involves conducting assessments, planning and documenting nursing interventions, evaluating outcomes, and participating in quality improvement and patient advocacy activities.
