Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse provides nursing care and teaching to clients and families while functioning as an assistant to physicians and Registered Professional Nurses. This role involves participating in the planning and coordination of total client care, observing and evaluating client conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The position requires collaboration with the RN supervisor and adherence to the physician's Plan of Care to ensure a safe and optimal environment for clients.
