The Licensed Practice Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, responsible for inspiring and developing the team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business results. This role focuses on creating a supportive, high-performing practice environment by leading daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring alignment with patient care standards and performance goals. The position partners closely with the Optometrist and Field Leadership to drive clinical service alignment, operational consistency, and overall practice growth.
