Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

The role involves conducting property screenings, market analyses, and appraisals for multifamily and commercial real estate, including affordable housing and Section 8, LIHTC, or FHA properties. Candidates must have at least five years of certified general appraisal experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently on a contract/fee‑split basis.
