Licensed Security Sergeant

The Licensed Security Sergeant provides direct oversight of Security Officers and daily security operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, physicians, facilities, and hospital property. The role involves conducting security patrols, managing incidents and emergencies, assigning personnel, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position supports the training, coaching, and performance feedback of security staff.
