Licensed Social Worker - LCSW - FT - Days - MHW

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides advanced clinical social work services with expertise on high-risk psychosocial, behavioral health, and legally complex cases in the acute care setting. Incumbents in this role manage a caseload and serve as a clinical expert and resource for cases requiring advanced social interventions. The LCSW utilizes specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills to help in the areas of assessment, treatment of medical, patient/caregiver navigation, mental health and behavioral disorders, and discharge planning.
