About this role

Centerstone of Indiana is hiring Clinicians and Licensed Therapists to provide evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults across multiple community locations. The role involves delivering individual, group, family, and couples psychotherapy within an integrated, trauma-informed model while maintaining accurate clinical records and meeting productivity standards. Candidates will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery-oriented outcomes for diverse community members.

Responsibilities

Deliver individual, group, family, and couples psychotherapy services
Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and clinical documentation timely
Maintain effective relationships with referral sources and clinical teams
Develop and implement quality clinical practices aligned with best guidelines
Meet billable hour productivity standards and treatment plan authorizations

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related fieldActive associate license (LSW, T-LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LACAC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC)
