Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Therapist at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center provides individual, group, and family therapy, conducts assessments, and develops treatment plans for youth in a juvenile justice setting. The role focuses on trauma‑informed, developmentally appropriate interventions, including work with students who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the therapist supports students' emotional and behavioral needs while contributing to a safe, supportive environment.
