Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Therapist at Tampa Bay Girls Academy provides comprehensive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, to high-risk female youth aged 12-21. This role involves overseeing treatment completion, conducting clinical assessments, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective care and supervision. The position requires creating a positive, safe, and supportive environment while documenting interventions and managing crisis interventions as needed.
