Licensed Therapist

This role provides individual, group, and family counseling, case management, and psychoeducation services for patients with various mental health and substance use disorders in an outpatient treatment setting. The position involves maintaining comprehensive treatment documentation, coordinating patient discharge, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality and safe care. Licensed therapists may be assigned to Adult, Adolescent, or Addiction Medicine outpatient units.
