Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Therapist evaluates and treats patients while maintaining accurate medical documentation and communicating with patients, clients, and team members. This role involves supervising therapist assistants and students, developing effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and other reimbursement regulations. The position also requires participating in interdisciplinary meetings, in-service training, and facility performance improvement programs.
