Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Therapist at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center provides individual, family, and group therapy for at-risk youth in a secure residential program. The role involves overseeing treatment completion, conducting clinical assessments, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team to support student growth and positive change. This position requires maintaining detailed records, providing crisis intervention, and preparing progress notes and discharge summaries. The therapist works a standard Monday-Friday schedule with rotational on-call duties.
