Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Therapist at Tampa Bay Girls Academy provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing treatment completion for high-risk female youth aged 12-21. The role involves clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and supervision. This position requires documentation of interventions, crisis intervention as needed, and preparation of monthly progress notes and discharge summaries.
