About this role

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician, performing tasks such as taking vital signs, gathering data, administering medications, and rendering patient care and treatments. This role is part of the PACE program, focusing on serving frail or elderly populations with a commitment to exceptional community-based healthcare. The position requires a valid California LVN license, BLS certification, and preferably experience with geriatric patients. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
