Licensing Care Associate

The Licensing Care Associate supports the Licensing Department by processing insurance company contracting and appointment requests, and facilitating product and state training for financial advisors and agents. The role involves coordinating requirements gathering, communicating with carriers and advisors throughout the licensing process, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction. The associate works closely with the Licensing Specialist and team members to maintain department policy guidelines and procedures.
