Licensing Services Representative (LSR2)

The Licensing Services Representative serves as the face of the Department of Licensing, providing excellent customer service to the public while issuing driver licenses, enhanced driver licenses, and identification cards. The role involves verifying document authenticity, conducting driving skills tests, and making independent decisions to resolve customer issues in compliance with state laws and regulations. This position requires in-person attendance at the Lacey Driver Licensing Office and may involve travel to other offices for relief or training.
