About this role
Technical Maintenance Lead based in Uberaba/MG for Mosaic Company, reporting to the Coordination of Mechanics and Boilerworks (Acids). A frontline technical leader within the plant maintenance organization focused on ensuring operational reliability, safety and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. This is an onsite role interacting with supervision and engineering to support the maintenance function.
