Life Enrichment Assistant

The Life Enrichment Assistant provides a robust activity program to residents in a retirement community, working closely with the Activity Director to address social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual needs. The role involves designing and facilitating therapeutic activities in both assisted living and memory care settings, as well as transporting residents to appointments and outings. This position requires maintaining organized activity areas, documenting resident participation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.
