The Life Enrichment Coordinator at The Highlands is responsible for assisting in the execution of activities programming to enhance the lifestyle of residents. This role involves facilitating a variety of activities, documenting resident participation, and operating the company vehicle for resident excursions. The position requires a commitment to creating exceptional living experiences within a supportive, family-like atmosphere.
The Highlands at Wyomissing® is a non-profit Life Care retirement community located on over 113 acres in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation services. The community provides residents with a continuum of care, wellness-driven lifestyle programs, and a wide range of amenities and activities. It is the only non-profit Life Care Community in Berks County, serving seniors for nearly 40 years.
