LOFT Community Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Worker to work within interdisciplinary teams supporting older adults facing complex mental, physical, and social health issues. The role involves developing and implementing recreational and therapeutic programs tailored to individual needs, and working closely with clients to improve their quality of life in community and hospital-to-home settings.

Degree and/or diploma in Therapeutic Recreation or recreation with a therapeutic concentrationMinimum 2 years’ experience with vulnerable older adults and seniorsKnowledge of GPA, Montessori Methods for Dementia, PIECES and Restorative CareFirst Aid and CPR certification
