Lifecycle Growth Manager

This role drives measurable uplift in acquisition and growth metrics by owning the customer lifecycle communication strategy from first touch through expansion. The position focuses on connecting every lifecycle decision to business outcomes using data, experimentation, and behavioral logic to optimize messaging, channels, and timing. The ideal candidate will analyze funnel data, design and measure experiments, and build dashboards to prove the economic impact of each initiative.
