Lifecycle Marketer

Onnit is seeking an analytical, hands-on Lifecycle Marketer to own email, SMS, and customer retention strategies with a focus on subscription growth and churn reduction. The role involves executing end-to-end marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, analyzing customer behavior and cohort performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer lifecycle. This position requires approximately five years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with strong practical skills in email/SMS execution and data analysis.
