This role involves executing high-precision campaigns, implementing AI workflows, and optimizing customer lifetime value through data-driven segmentation and testing. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, and brand teams to align on subscriber experiences and reporting.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end email, SMS, and in-app campaigns with operational precision
Own AI adoption and implement agentic automation workflows for marketing
Build and refine behavioral segmentation frameworks tied to customer lifecycle stages
Run disciplined A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance
Track churn rates, order frequency, and LTV cohorts to drive strategic decisions
