Lifeguard and Swim Instructor

The Lifeguard and Swim Instructor ensures the safety of all patrons in and around the aquatic facility while providing high-quality swim instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. This dual role requires strong communication, vigilance, and teaching skills to promote water safety and develop swimmers' abilities in a safe and enjoyable environment. The position also involves adhering to YMCA safeguarding policies, maintaining pool chemistry, and enforcing rules and regulations.
