Lifeguard / Group Swim Instructor

The Lifeguard / Group Swim Instructor maintains safe swimming conditions and creates a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all individuals at the Eugene Family YMCA. This part-time role involves active surveillance of the pool area, responding to emergencies, and enforcing safety rules in accordance with organizational policies. The position also includes instructing swimming lessons, developing positive relationships with members, and maintaining program records.
