About this role
The Lifeguard at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta ensures the safety of swimmers and maintains safe pool, deck, and surrounding areas while supporting the YMCA’s mission and community programs. This role reports to the Aquatics Director and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive environment for members and program participants.

Qualifications
- Minimum Age 16
- YMCA Lifeguard Certification

- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Background Check
- Drug Screening
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check
