Lifeguard Lead

The Lifeguard Lead provides instruction, supervision, and ensures the safety and well-being of all campers and staff involved in water-based activities at Mount Hermon. This ministerial position is responsible for upholding pool rules, conducting swim lessons, and maintaining a safe aquatic environment consistent with the organization's Christian mission and values. The role involves supervising aquatic activities and assisting with pool maintenance and chemistry testing.
