The Lifeguard is responsible for the safety and well-being of patrons at the Lancaster County Swimming Pool, ensuring a safe swimming environment. The role requires strong swimming ability, American Red Cross rescue and first aid skills, and enforcement of facility rules. Lifeguards work as part of a team under the Head/Assistant Head Lifeguard and pool management and support community programming and events.
