This trainee position is designed to assess the skill set necessary to become a Lifeguard through a multi-day training program. Incumbents will learn to perform swim rescues, provide emergency medical treatment, and assist in facility maintenance. Upon successful completion of the training academy, trainees may be appointed to a Lifeguard position.
