A Lifeguard at Wellstar provides onsite aquatic safety and supervision for family swim times and designated classes, ensuring the well-being of patrons. The role supports weekly pool and whirlpool maintenance and delivers excellent customer service while reporting to the Aquatic and Massage Supervisor.
