The Lifeguard supports Campus Recreation by ensuring swimmer safety and implementing safety guidelines during pool operations and swim lessons. The role involves performing routine maintenance, enforcing facility policies, and providing professional customer service to patrons and staff. This position helps student employees develop career readiness competencies aligned with NACE standards.
