Lifeguard

The Lifeguard position at the YMCA of Greater Rochester ensures a safe environment for all members by upholding pool rules and guidelines under the direction of the Aquatics Director. The role involves enforcing regulations, maintaining sanitary conditions, and responding to emergencies to protect individuals in and around the facility. This position requires maintaining accurate records and attending required staff meetings and in-services.
