Lifeguard

The Lifeguard creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. This role involves maintaining active surveillance of the pool area, responding to emergency situations, and ensuring compliance with YMCA policies and state health department codes. The position supports the YMCA of Greater Montgomery's mission by fostering youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility within the community.
