Lifeguard

The Lifeguard position is responsible for the direct supervision, control, and safety of participants during recreational, fitness, and instructional swimming activities at the YMCA of the Suncoast. This role involves maintaining high safety standards, creating a nurturing environment, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pool facility. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
