Lifeguard

The Lifeguard position at Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons and members at the assigned aquatics facility by preventing and responding to emergencies. The role involves monitoring pool activities, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with youth programs under the supervision of the Aquatics Director. Lifeguards must be certified in lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid, and are expected to handle emergency situations effectively.
