Lifeguard

This non-exempt position is responsible for ensuring water safety and providing the safest possible conditions for swimming pool patrons at the City's Aquatic Facility. The role involves performing emergency lifesaving and first aid tasks, instructing swimming classes, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all aquatic facility equipment and areas. Employees work under immediate supervision while exercising initiative and independent judgment to serve patrons effectively.
