Lifeguard

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons at the pools by evaluating and resolving emergencies, performing rescues, and administering first aid when necessary. This role involves conducting safety checks, monitoring chemical levels, and maintaining the cleanliness of pool areas while enforcing facility policies. The position requires operating handicap lifts, attending mandatory staff meetings, and documenting all incidents for the Aquatics Director.
