Lifeguard

This role involves maintaining active surveillance of the pool area and ensuring the safety of all patrons by enforcing rules and responding to emergencies. The position requires performing equipment checks, conducting chemical testing, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with YMCA and state health department standards. The ideal candidate will be physically and mentally ready to perform all lifeguard skills and remain alert at all times.
