Lifeguard

The Lifeguard role ensures guest safety and well-being at the Gold Rush Water Park and Back Forty Swimmin’ Hole facilities by preventing emergencies, maintaining clean pool areas, and enforcing safety policies. The position requires constant surveillance of guests, responding effectively to emergencies, and providing basic care until medical services arrive. Responsibilities include monitoring slide participants, performing opening and closing procedures, and delivering professional customer service. The role also involves cleaning duties, attending mandatory training, and handling guest check-ins and cash register operations.
