Opal HealthCare is seeking an experienced and passionate Wellbeing Manager to lead the delivery of meaningful engagement, social connection, and wellbeing programs for residents at Berrinba Greens Care Community. The role involves creating opportunities that enhance residents' social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and physical wellbeing, helping them live with purpose, connection, and joy every day. This position is part of the Care Community leadership team and focuses on fostering a positive culture that supports resident choice, independence, dignity, and belonging.
