Lift Maintenance

Vail Resorts is seeking an Entry-Level Ski Lift Maintenance Assistant to support the safe and efficient operation of aerial and surface lift systems across 40+ resorts. This hands-on, entry-level role involves assisting experienced mechanics with routine inspections, basic maintenance tasks, and equipment troubleshooting in physically demanding outdoor alpine environments. Ideal candidates possess strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
