Lift Operator

The Lift Operator is responsible for the efficient, professional, and guest-focused operation of the ski lifts, playing a key role in the guest experience by assisting riders with loading and unloading. The position involves monitoring lift use and operation, communicating rider responsibilities, and helping ensure smooth daily operations in all weather conditions. This role requires maintaining cleanliness of lift terminals and providing great guest service by answering questions about the mountain and trails.
