Light Equipment Operator

This position supports the Road Department in maintaining county roads within a crew environment, utilizing various equipment to meet Truck Driver/Laborer requirements. The role involves expertise in sub-base compaction, base and surface construction, and drainage structure placement to prevent flooding and washouts. Employees are expected to perform daily equipment maintenance checks and work independently under the direction of regional road managers.
