Lighting Design Lead

The Lighting Design Lead will own and develop Neko Health's global lighting design standards to support clinical function and architectural identity across all locations. This role involves creating scalable strategies for the Location Design Playbook, providing concept-level guidance on regional projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware, medical excellence, and operations. The position requires establishing a consistent lighting strategy that defines the member experience while integrating technical lighting systems into spatial design.
