About this role

The Theater & Performance Lighting Team Lead at New Era Technology is a full-time role that builds on a Lighting Field Engineer position by adding leadership, strategic, and business development responsibilities. The role is focused on growing and mentoring the lighting team, serving as the primary liaison with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting organizational strategy. The position is hybrid (field/office) and is expected to travel to client job sites in the Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN areas with limited overnight travel.
